Premium Locations are in high demand. They are the back cover, inside back cover and inside front cover. These locations will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, allowing previous advertisers the first right of refusal until the advertising confirmation deadline date October 15, 2009. Should the location not be confirmed by this date in writing for the 4 yearly issues, the space will be open to any advertiser who may have a written request to be placed on a waiting list.
4x issue rate affords you the flexibility of advertising in all 4 issues from Fall 2009 through Summer 2010. You may also vary the size of your ads. The 4x issue rate affords you a 15% discount versus the 1x rate. Your commitment for the 4x rate specifying the size of each ad must be submitted with your initial order on our insertion form. The entire 4x issue rate will be invoiced to you upon publication and distribution of the first advertisement.
Inserts may be up to 8 1/2" x 11", single or double sided. Enough copies for the mailing are to be provided by the advertiser.
Not-for-Profit Educational Institutions: will receive 25% of each single advertisement OR 50% off the single advertisement rate if your commitment for 4 advertisements specifying the issue the ads are to appear in is submitted with your initial order on our insertion form. Deadline date for these insertion forms is October 15, 2009. The entire 4 issue rate will be invoiced to you upon publication and distribution of the first advertisement.
Non-Member Advertisers: will be invoiced an additional 20% over and above the member rates. We encourage all of our advertisers to become OGSA members to appreciate, not only member advertising rates, but all of our membership benefits.
