  Cost: OGSA members $100 ($88.50 + $11.50 hst)
           non OGSA members $115 ($101.77 + $13.23 hst)
           Includes 18 holes of golf with power cart, lunch, golf demo/trick shots, dinner, prize table and raffle
  Format: Team event - 4 person scramble
              (You need not register as a team - we will make up teams for individuals without partners)
  Agenda: 11:30 am     Registration and purchase of raffle tickets
                  1 pm         Shotgun start
                                  Lunch provided at the turn
                 6 pm          The Golf Unleashed Show (golf clinic trick shots)
                 7 pm          Cash bar and social followed by buffet dinner
  Deadline for Registrations and Cancellations: Monday September 13, 2010 at noon

 Note: All assistants, 2nd assistants, foremen, interns and industry reps are welcome
          Casual golf attire, soft spikes only. Please remove hats when in the clubhouse
